Beer description
bottle, inspired by Belgian Blonde Ale. Crus is sensual and enveloping, characterised by a clear amber colour, intense aromas and the smoothness of the malts. The pleasantness of candied fruit notes, especially fig, lingers long in the mouth. The bitterness is barely noticeable. Important gravity and body to warm the hearts.
Golden colour with orange reflections and slight cloudiness. The foam is white, persistent and compact. Full, rounded aromas on the nose, originating from malts and yeast with an evident fruity note from fig pulp, added as an ingredient at the end of the boil. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and persuasive of honey and candied fruit, with a slight acidity that lends freshness and drinkability.
