Soured with wild foraged lactobacillus and
aged on rhubarb and pears from our amazing
server Joanie's farm. Conditioned on
cinnamon and vanilla beans. Flavors of grandma's rhubarb crisp and fresh ground cinnamon. A shift in our souring bacteria yields a new exploration in tart, fun flavors.
