Cuves Blonde de Sassenage

The Blonde de Sassenage, unique of its kind, illustrates all our passion for beer and our know-how as brewers. The word of the brewer : Golden in colour, it has little bitterness with floral notes of citrus fruits and spices. It is resolutely greedy with a round cereal finish. This recipe is inspired by German Kölschs, beers of high fermentation, rounder and more generous than the traditional Pils.
