With no less than 30% spelt malt in our grain bill, we could almost call this beer a spelt IPA. But the hops in this beer deserve their moment of fame too! Packed with Simcoe hops, giving refreshing grapefruit and pine. It’s one of the most popular hops in craft beer – even though it’s been quite a while since we last used it. Additionally, we’ve also added Eclipse hops from Australia, bringing gorgeous sweet fruit notes, reminding us of those fancy golden kiwis. To balance it off, there’s of course our beloved Citra hops, adding a touch of refreshing citrus. So get ready to crack open this can, filled with vibrant notes of bright fruits, all while maintaining a full body thanks to the abundance of spelt grains. Cheers!
