Dark copper color, almost clear, light beige foam, moderately abundant, quite durable. In the aroma of caramel, dark fruit, cake, toast. The taste is quite sweet and full, cake, wholemeal bread, toast, a little low melanoidin, well hidden alcohol. Medium bitterness, low saturation, good body, arranged.
