Regent Grape Sour ALE is a top-fermented sour beer with a ruby color and juicy flavor of Regent red grapes. The resulting fullness and smooth texture is due to the addition of wheat malt, wheat and oat flakes and lactose. The beer has been acidified with lactic acid bacteria, which contributes to its refreshing character. The beer was brewed in cooperation with Marcin Kucharski of Agat Winery.
