CITRUS FARMHOUSE ALE / SAISON - a light top-fermented beer with intense fruit and spice notes, characteristic of the base style, both in taste and aroma. Wheat malt, oatmeal and rye malt contribute to the resulting fullness and smoothness of the beer. The addition of a large amount of lemon, orange and grapefruit zest deepens the beer's juicy citrus profile, while Mosaic hops bring grape notes and moderate bitterness.
