Browar Cztery Ściany - Oranzeria

SOUR ALE with tangerine, passion fruit and mango is a sour, very refreshing top-fermented beer with tropical fruit flavor and aroma and a yellow, sunny color. The resulting fullness and smooth texture of the beer is due to the addition of wheat malt, wheat flakes and lactose. The recipe was created in cooperation with Piotr Gladczak, author of the blog Wrocławskie Podróże Kulinarne.
