Beer description
SOUR APPLE SAISON is a top-fermented pale ale, with the base style being a Belgian, highly fermented, dry saison with a rich fruit and spice profile. The beer has been acidified with lactic acid bacteria, which contributes to its high drinkability and refreshing character. The addition of fresh local apples introduces complex notes characteristic of white wine or cider. Wheat malt, oatmeal and rye malt contribute to the resulting fullness and smoothness of the beer. The beer was brewed for the first time at BEER GEEK MADNESS 7 - RAGE (2019). The beer presented at the event was additionally infused with fresh mint beforehand.
