Brasserie d'Olt - Sabètz Que Lèu

When the children were too boisterous, the grandfathers always said "Sabèts que lèu", meaning "there is one who gets up..." implying "one who is going to fall". This threat, rarely carried out, sums up the spirit of this occitan artisanal beer with a high alcohol content. This beer, which can be drunk chilled, stems from two ideas: to promote the langue d'Oc through this identity beer and at the same time to underline the importance of the roots of the Brasserie d' Olt. This beer has been brewed by infusion and hot and cold hopping.
