Dachs Trigo – because we can't call it wheat beer
Wheat beer must contain 50% wheat malt to be allowed to bear that name. We use less wheat malt and more barley malt in our Trigo. Because it's not the wheat, but the typical yeast that makes the difference. Warm fermentation gives it aromas of banana and cloves. Celebrate the fruity nuances. Cheers!
