Dageraad Birds of A Feather

Brewed in collaboration with Strange Fellows Brewing. Brightly herbal with fruity esters and a spicy, peppery aftertaste, Birds of a Feather is an expression of two breweries’ love of bottle conditioned farmhouse ales. Birds of a Feather is fermented with a classic French saison yeast and gently spiced with sage and cubeb berries to accentuate the herbal character of the hops and the peppery phenols produced by the yeast.
