Beer description

Pandan is an aromatic leaf used in south- and southeast Asian cooking, which is an incredible coconut flavour enhancer. The brewery toasted coconut at the brewery, so brewery could use freshly-toasted coconut in the brew kettle, with enough left over for a generous dry-coconut addition to the fermentor.
