It was in 1842 that the German brewer Josef Groll developed in the city of Plzen in the Czech Republic a golden and refreshing beer that is part of the lager family. In honor of the city, the style became known as pilsen, today the most popular style.Golden color, aroma with malty personality and soft hops notes. The flavor is predominantly malty with medium bitterness, generating a good balance and providing a beautiful refreshment. It pairs well with fish, seafood, salads, Japanese food and cheeses, such as buffalo mozzarella.
