Beer description

Two award-winning breweries joining forces to develop an unforgettable beer for the Brazilian palate. This is a collaborative beer between the breweries Dama Bier (Piracicaba / SP) and Tupiniquim (Porto Alegre / RS), hence the name Dama Tupi. The goal was only one, to make a beer with unique characteristics and different from what was available on the market. So the idea of making a West Coast Rye IPA came up. Americans have set a new direction for IPA style in the world, using different brewing techniques and local hops. Some strands of style have emerged, one of which is the West Coast IPA, where the characteristics run between American IPA and Imperial IPA.
