Beer description

Weissbier translating from German means white beer. It is called that, because its turbidity makes the product look opaque and clear. In addition to barley malt, there is wheat malt in the recipe. It presents straw yellow color, has natural turbidity, since part of the yeast is not removed in the preparation process. There is a complex aroma through spicy and fruity notes. On the palate it presents a frizzing sensation, spicy and slightly fruity flavors, resulting in a smooth sweet finish. At table, it goes well with sausages, seafood, poultry, salads, cheeses such as gouda and gruyère and desserts, for example apple strudel.
