Classic beer in complete Bavarian style, its name means bright, it is in fact characterized by an intense brilliance and topped by a very fine white foam. On the palate it is initially sweet, referring to the taste of malt and honey, while on the finish it has a dry and floral flavor. The body is very light, a characteristic that gives it excellent drinkability. It goes perfectly with delicate and summer appetizers.
