Beer description

Seasonal beer linked to the annual production of brewer's hops. It has a very deep golden color that can sometimes be slightly veiled, the foam is white and fine but persistent. The notes of hops and resins that are used when they are still fresh, on the day of the harvest stand out. In this way the bouquet of smells varies every year. On the palate the harmony between the malted base and the hops is perceived, which give rise to an incredibly fresh and drinkable product. The body is light and the finish very dry, characteristics that make it ideal for pairings with typical Bavarian Oktoberfest dishes.
