Hole-eh-mole is an imperial stout brewed to resemble a mole negro sauce, with ancho, pasilla and mulatlo chile peppers, cinnamon, allspice, Goldings hops, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Brewed for Cinco de Mayo 2017.
