Bryghuset Mon ( Møn ) - Dark Sky

Møn is one of the few places in Denmark where the stars can be seen in the night sky. Outdoor light is very limited on Møn and the view of the night sky is magnificent. Inspired by the night sky, this beer is brewed - a Belgian-inspired stout, black as night. Just as the view of the stars is endless, so is the beer's shelf life. A strong beer, aged with oak and whisky, with an alcohol content of 9%, it only gets better with time. The beer can be enjoyed now, but be patient - save it for a few years and enjoy a unique taste experience under the stars. To preserve the fine taste patterns, we have chosen to leave this beer unfiltered and unpasteurized. This may result in a small amount of harmless sediment. A little info about the beer The darkness of the night over Møn has inspired this Belgian stout. The beer is aged with oak and whisky, which gives a fantastic taste experience.
