Dark Star (Asahi) - Pacific Dawn

Whilst orbiting into a dawn, 261 miles above a cloudy Pacific Ocean we were inspired to brew an IPA worth of the magnificent view before us. A blend of wheat and pils malt creates a hazy, crisp base that is the perfect platform for our South Pacific hop varieties. Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy adding top notes of white grapes, the beer finishes dry and refreshing. A stellar brew that's as bright as the sunlight bouncing off the ocean below.
