Davok Oatmeal Stout

5.0% Deep dark color. Thick, creamy and persistent tan foam. Mild aroma of roasted beans, with a strong character to coffee. A mild sweetness imparts a similar impression to coffee with cream. Casualties notes fruity esters without apparent aroma hops. Smooth and silky on the palate due to the built-in recipe oatmeal. Full body and moderate carbonation. Complex flavor contributed by the wide variety of roasted beans and oats used in the process. It comes at the beginning moderately sweet with earthy notes from oats and a moderately bitter finish. Medium bitterness, mild hop flavor, with marked balance toward malt. Very dark and complex beer, full-bodied and malty toast with marked notes complemented by fine oats.
