Mouth feel is crisp and dry.This cider is the first of its kind in Taiwan.Through 3 years of R and D,an apple,nick named Da Bu was chosen.It renders the cider with a great balance of noticeable apple aroma,sweetness and tartness. A good appley nose with a soft astringency, bright and clean.
