Beer description

Our IPA is characterized by a strong, hoppy aroma. We used four different hop varieties - Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Blanc - for the hop additions in the wort kettle. This was followed by two more hop additions in the whirlpool with Chinook and Blanc to preserve the volatile aromatic substances of the hops. Finally, we cold-hopped the finished brew with six different hop varieties to incorporate the aromatic essential oils of the hops into the beer. A harmonious bitterness rounds off the beer in the finish.

Das IPA startet mit ein kräftiges, hopfenbetontes Aroma. Im Nachklang rundet eine harmonisch ausklingende Bitterkeit das Bier ab.

👀 goldgelb, klar mit kleiner, flüchtiger Blume 👃 blumig, fruchtig, grasig hopfig 👅 fruchtig frisch, grasig hopfig, auch Zitrusfruchtig, Karamellnoten und herb im Abgang.
