Bergmann DBB - Spezial Mosaic - Sud des Monats

This brew is a brown bottom-fermented specialty beer with 12.2 degrees Plato. We used Hallertau Tradition hops and then cold hopped the finished base beer with Mosaic hops. While our classic specialty beer gets its malty fruitiness from the barley, the fruity, flowery, earthy Mosaic hops transfer their characteristics to this brew. This gives the beer a fruity freshness and is ideal for quenching any thirst.
