De Feniks Once You Go Black

Hazy black, thinning, frothy, tan head. Aroma of toast, pine, orange peel, walnut, black olive, dried tea leaves, pink grapefruit peel. Taste is light malty sweet, fondant & toast, quickly overthrown by a medium hoppy bitterness with orange peel & pink grapefruit, all the while subtly nutty, undertone of black tea & sourish brambleberry. Dryish, piney hoppy finish, more toast, walnut & grapefruit peel. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Decent enough, not very intense.
