De Feniks Zwarte Byter

Black beer with beige foam. Smell: roasted malt, light fruitiness, some liquorice. Taste: hop bitter, coffee bitter, chicory bitter. Good carbon dioxide stimulus. Aftertaste: bitter, chocolate bitter, a little sour. For me the hop bitterness was allowed to bite a bit more.
