Beer description
The complexity of a good barrel-aged saison is the product of time, wood and (wild) yeasts. It is one of our favourite beer styles. Bora I is the first release from the barrels that will be dedicated to these beers.
Bora is a fish (a flat-headed mullet to be exact). It is also an hommage to the forgotten medieval revolutionary Katherina von Bora, who escaped her convent in a herring-barrel to join the reformation.
