De Kromme Haring - Mama Qucha

For the Dutch Aeropress Championship, every year we explore the combination of coffee and beer with our friends at Keen Coffee. This year we made a soft and fruity hoppy saison. We infused our brew with a freshly brewed batch (filter) of the festival coffee. The coffee comes from Peru, from the plantations of Flor y Feli – A mother and daughter each cultivating their own beans in Cutervo. The varieties are red and yellow Caturra. It is named after ancient Incan goddess of sea and fishes, mother of lakes and guardian of sailors and fishermen.
