Beer description
Mudskipper is our New England IPA. The malt bill and London Ale yeast give this beer a very hazy appearance and a soft texture. Plenty of dry hop is added during fermentation, where bio-transformation creates very expressive fruity flavours.
Every version showcases different hop combinations. Named are those of the latest batch.
