Beer description

The beer is a soft and sour "Flemish red-brown". A mix between a brown beer that has been aged in oak barrels for more than a year and a young blond beer. A love of family and art is one of the most important pillars of the De Leite brewery. Brewmaster Luc's father was the 7th child in a family of 9, and the friendship between the 8th in line, Uncle Pol, and nephew Luc runs deep. The Cuvée Oncle Pol is dedicated to him. When the beer was introduced, the brewer conspired with his uncle's children to give him a big surprise. They came to the brewery with their father "just to try a beer". At that moment, the brewer proudly and joyfully presented his dear uncle with the first bottle of this new beer.
