Beer description
On the menu: Barley from Wallonia and hops from Flanders. This is very Belgian, not to say "half en half" !! My copy was 11 months before its date. Golden color slightly apricot, with a very fine veil. Bubbles fine, everywhere, lively. White foam, medium flakes, stable to 2 mm. Aromas of light malt, elderflower, blond tobacco.
