Peter the Great learned the craft of ship carpentry in the Netherlands. He discovered that wood makes almost everything better. The brewery knows this too, which is why they have named this Cooper's Dream series Tsar Peter. Great beers become even better and more intense when they mature in used oak barrels handpicked by us. For this beer, they have matured their Ship's Carpenter in Abafado barrels. Abafado is a fortified wine originally from Portugal.
