De Meester - Blond IPA

Clear, deep blond beer with a big creamy, cream-colored head. Pretty stable, sticky, nice lacing in the glass. Aroma is sweet, malty, oxidized, some ripe fruits, little soapy. Good sparkling in the mouth, medium to full body. Sweetish on the palate, very malty, very soapy, bitter, fruity, slightly sugary. Aftertaste is quite bitter, hoppy, grassy, fruity, ripe banana, coriander, yeast.
