Vanilla Glazed Éclair combines our Italian Dark Roast coffee with three different vanilla varieties from around the world. Vanilla from Madagascar provides that classic creamy ice cream flavor, while a second, rarer, Madagascan vanilla adds extra aromatic depth. From Ecuador comes Tahitensis vanilla, known for its floral and tropical sweetness, which is rarely found in coffee. Combined with roasted coffee, this creates a smooth, dessert-like stout with diverse layers of flavor. Comforting yet refined. The kind of pastry stout you will want to savor again and again.
