Beer description
Eureka: Sorghum Wine is inspired by our previous Odd Grains series, crafted to show how unusual grains can shape flavour. Sorghum — an ancient cereal grown worldwide — adds a buttery, nutty depth rarely found in beer. Six caramel malts bring layers of dark forest fruit and caramel tones, while HBC 682, Tango and Nelson Sauvin hops add spice, citrus and gooseberry lift. Rich, warming and complex, it’s a unique IPA twist that invites curiosity. An adventurous release for drinkers eager to taste something truly different.
