Beer description
We used 20yr old Rum barrels from Martinique. This liquor, Rhum Agricole is known for fresh and vibrant grassy aromas, but when aged on barrels this mellows into more tropical fruit and light caramel notes. Some booze on the nose. Adjuncts are Costa Rican Vanilla, Toasted Coconut and a pinch of cinnamon.
