Beer description
Layered and full of depth, just like the classic Opera Cake dessert. Built on a bold, roasty base, we combined two distinct coffees: Matubu Espresso for deep, toasty richness and Danilo Salazar Keen for a bright, fruity twist.
The cacao beans follow the same harmony—one is a classic dark chocolate, the other adding a touch of acidity and fruitiness, balancing the intense coffee character. The result? A beer that mirrors the elegant, multi-layered decadence of its namesake dessert. Decadent. Complex. Crème de la crème.
