Newfoundland Cider - Deep Roots

“Deep Roots” is a celebration of deep rooted Newfoundland traditions such as foraging, farming and preserving. This wild fermented, unfiltered cider was specially crafted in collaboration with Roots and Roars food festival. Farmed apples from the 2022 season were blended with local rhubarb, beets and strawberries to create a semi-dry, tart and complex cider with mild earthy and fruity notes. It’s gluten-free and comes in at 4.5% abv.
