Deggendorfer Hell is a finely spiced, mild and drinkable full-bodied beer. It is brewed and stored according to the classic brewing method. The young beer is allowed to mature for almost four weeks until it is finally filtered and filled into bottles and barrels.
As far as possible, all the raw materials and ingredients required for the production of the beer are sourced from business partners in the area around Deggendorf and Lower Bavaria. The most important ingredient is the "waldwasser", which is ideally suited as brewing water to brew a good beer. We also use high-quality hops from the Hallertau region, pale barley brewing malt and fresh bottom-fermenting yeast. A truly regional full-bodied beer.
