Beer description
A popular cocktail in Mexico, the Paloma was muse for this edition of the Cocktail Series. Based on a gose style, this beer has generous additions of toronja (grapefruit), Colombian lima (lime), and Pink Himalayan Salt. The citrus jumps out of the glass and carries you through the entire sip with a nice slightly salty finish typical of a gose.
