Birra Del Moro - Luna Di Miele

A witbier, a white beer in Belgian style, clear, very drinkable, produced with organic wheat of the Lunigiana which gives it a characteristic opalescence and a voluminous, creamy and very persistent foam. Flavored with coriander and orange peel, with an addition of acacia honey also from Lunigiana. All these aromas are released into the palate and prolong the life of the beer thanks to the aftertaste tending towards a subtle and pleasant tone of bitterness that invites us to request it; an extremely fresh, drinkable and thirst-quenching beer, a not very invasive body that allows the combination with very refined fish dishes, both first and second, even with cream desserts.
