A Belgian Strong Ale, an amber beer of Belgian origin characterized by a very strong body given by a balance of malts/hops tending towards the first courses, a very full beer as taste and enveloping, which leaves a persistent and pleasant taste of caramelized malts (used in production); a beer certainly suitable for pairing with meat main courses and also a fine combination with mature cheeses.
