Beer description
It has a complex aroma with hints of hazelnut, sweets, candied orange and a delicate spiciness. To combine with more structured dishes such as caponata and parmigiana, dishes based on dried fruit (very similar to almonds and pistachios), provola, pecorino and Sicilian caciocavallo. Also excellent with red, braised or grilled meats.
