Craft beer fermented in the bottle unfiltered and unpasteurized. It has a fruity character with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Combinable with seafood salads, orange salad, fried seafood, molluscs, crustaceans, arancini, panelle, cured meats and fresh or semi-aged cheeses. Also excellent for non-structured main courses based on white meat or fish.
