Beer description
HEAD EMPTY OFFICINA DO DIABO is double IPA fermented with a blend of selected yeasts to bring fruity characteristics to a West Coast Double IPA base. The predominant profile is of orange and wild passion fruit, with a slight floral touch, due to the massive additions of Galaxy, Citra and Cascade hops. The bitterness is intense but balanced and the initial sensation in the mouth is subtly velvety, but with a very dry finish.
