Beer description
This cocoa, unlike what brewery is used to, brings fruity notes that refer to the date and with a slightly spicy touch. The cocoa profile is complemented by the esterification of the yeast that brings notes that refer to dried dark fruits, and enters into synergy with the malts that bring coffee, dark chocolate and toffee. It's not just "another RIS with cocoa nibs" because we went looking for a different kind of cocoa, supplied by internationally awarded chocolatier Luisa Abram.
