Cervejaria Demonho - QUIMERA

CHIMERA, like the mythological creature, is a hybrid with characteristics of west coast and juicy IPAs. The bitterness is assertive and the final sensation in the mouth is very dry. On top of a WC base, brewery ferments with Conan yeast to accentuate the fruity characteristics of Sabro, Idaho #7 and Citra hops. The aroma and flavor profile refers to coconut, star fruit, melon and wild passion fruit. Proposal in this beer was to mix what brewery founds most interesting between a root Double IPA and the hop techniques and profile of modern Juicy hops.
