Beer description

Reinterpretation of the New England IPA style seeks a beer with a velvety texture and dry finish, aromatic profile of yellow fruits and the resumption of an assertive bitterness that was "forgotten" in the NE wave. We used a dry hop of 16 g / L divided between hops citra, mosaic and ekuanot.
