Densissima: Scilis: Tempus means "Thicc Pastry Time" in Latin. We brewed this Imperial Pastry Stout to show appreciation for The Craft Beer Trading Society group, and with influences from our good buddy Luis Gomez,this is what we came up with. We started with Pinellas Coconibs and did a 4 stage Coconut addition with Sweet and Toasted Coconut that we candied with Crown Maple syrup. Pure Maple drizzled Almond Joy bliss.
